This is a contemporary art exhibition :

Explonations about the exhibition : This exhibition is dedicated to the contemporary art with the theme of the bathroom fitting. Everybody remembers Marcel Duchamp who arranged an urinoir to tel that it an object of art, today, the subject is the same but deals with somthing different and with the model of today.

Why "Candyman"?, because the film Candyman is the story of a monster who lives in the toilets and who is  uhnealthy. Why ase toilets uhnealthy ?, they aren't really uhnealthy but it's an artistic reconstitution in this model.

We thank the persons who made this exhibition possible : Stéphane Miajlovic, Laurent Valero, Jean-Baptiste Degano, Maria-Gloria Degano, Durdjia Vasic and the staff of the bathroom department of Leroy Merlin Bonneuil s/ Marne and Chelles, Castorama Créteil, Brossette Maison-Alfort, the St Lazare Station and the rubish of Créteil. I also thank the Norwegian company and Copenhagen's airport for allowing me to transport a pipe of tall lavatory flush found in Christiania (the hippies neighbourhood of Copenhagen) as it was coming out of my bag.

MEETING WITH THE ARTISTS : Nino Valero-Degano, Danish artist born in Créteil (Danmark is his adoption and naturalisation country), always lived in his two houses of Créteil and Montfermeil where he realised his work with a friend and neighbour called Yanis Miajlovic.

NINO VALERO-DEGANO : Known with the name of Nino Degano on stage, he realised a movie which had a little success before called "Le Tueur du fric" but not very well known. He realised lots of other films, short or long. The Candyman exhibition is his only exhibition of contemporary art.

YANIS MIAJLOVIC : He is the neighbour and friend of Nino Valero-Degano. He realised a part of the exhibition of Nino Valero-Degano.

PROGRAM : Guided visit and meeting with the creators of this exhibition...

RATE : 3€ for adults, 1,5€ for children, 1,5€ for the inhabitants of Montfermeil. Free for the persons who have the card of the school of the Louvre.
